URP-1 is designed for X-ray inspection of postal correspondence, hand luggage and other small objects to detect weapons, explosive devices and other prohibited items. URP-1 has x-ray radiator remote control for staff protection. The system is packed in special containers for easy carrying and operates in a fixed position on tripods.
